1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 786rs ("786rs", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using the 786rs platform at 786rs.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.2 Notification of Breach

You must notify 786rs support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of account security. Until such notification is received, 786rs shall treat all activity on your account as authorised by you.

3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all bets, transactions, and activities conducted through your account whether or not you authorised them, provided they occurred before you notified 786rs of any security breach. You agree to use your account solely for personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

786rs accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfers from major Pakistani banks (including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah), debit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified for crypto deposits.

4.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your 786rs account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer and card deposit processing times may vary. 786rs does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply charges which are your responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotions offered by 786rs are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. In all cases, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game sessions are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product, available within the respective sections of the 786rs platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that product.
